Electroformed Copper Tigers Eye, Kyanite and Labradorite Necklace

Tigers Eye sword shaped stone with green Kyanite and topped with Labradorite. Electroformed with copper and strung on a copper chain, you choose your length.  

Tigers Eye is a stone of protection, courage, grounding, as well as clarity and focus.  Kyanite is known for balancing energies and promotes good communication.  Labradorite has properties of intuition, protection, psychic awareness.

Each piece is lovingly made in my home and takes days to complete.  I prep each piece with stones or crystals.  Seal the portion I wish to leave exposed and paint with conductive paint for the portion I wish copper to grow.  It is then submerged in an acid bath with copper anodes.  Electricity is applied for the copper ions to travel from the anode to the cathode (my piece).  After a time period of  6-36 hours, I pull the piece from the bath and sand, grind, polish with my dremel.  Then patina and seal.
